Annual Conference "Stop the Stigma Associated with Mental Health Services"
Due to the stigma attached to mental health issues, many military members and their families are reluctant to seek medical attention. The purpose of "Stop the Stigma" is to eliminate the negativity associated with receiving mental health services. This is accomplished through military and public education and collaboration.
